We are centrally located: within 2 blocks of Union Square, the Westfield Center, MOMA, Yerba Buena Gardens and the Financial District. The Hearst Parking Center is next door.
The Hearst Building contains very large operable windows, which allows for excellent natural light. The building’s elevators have been recently modernized but still maintain their historic art deco character. They remain among the fastest elevators in The City for a building of our size. We have a spacious, attractive conference/meeting room located on the second floor that is available for our tenants. The room has wireless internet, a spider phone, white board and is air conditioned. The rental rate is quite reasonable.
The building has wireless and fiber-optic providers for your internet service needs. The Hearst Parking Center garage is available for monthly parking or daily visits for your business associates and guests. The garage also has a wash & detail service for your automobile.

Office Depot is an excellent and convenient source for obtaining business related office supplies. We are proud of the level of security within the Hearst Building. We have 24/7 lobby attendance by trained security personnel. The lobby security team has camera viewing control at the front desk where activity at all access points into and out of the Hearst building can be monitored. Additionally, the company providing security services is a long-tenured tenant within the building. We also have a card access system for use by tenants that can record after hours activity. The low tenant turnover rate allows our security staff to be familiar with the buildings tenants.
