The mailroom is located on the sixth floor where all tenant mail is delivered.  Enjoy a variety of retail stores within the Hearst building with services such as: custom coffees from a beautiful Starbucks store, sandwiches from the Subway restaurant or visit the California Pizza Kitchen for gourmet pizza and a variety of other menu selections; office supplies from Office Depot; T-Mobile for all your communication needs; and stop in for a happy hour at Dave's Bar. Nearby is an AT&T store, several banks and a variety of restaurants as well as other services. Parking Parking is available next door at The Hearst Parking Center, which can provide you monthly parking, plus the standard "in and out" for your business associates and guests. The garage also provides wash and detail services for your automobile. Leasing The Hearst Building is a full service building. Your rental rate means that you start with the premises on an "as is" basis.  We will work with you to make your offices fully functional and pleasant for you and your company.  Improvements are negotiable; however, all in-suite wiring services are the responsibility of the tenant.  Service We pride ourselves on providing a friendly atmosphere and a beautifully maintained building.  The staff is cordial and happy to assist you when needed.  We consider security and safety to be of prime importance. Our lobby is staffed at all times with security personnel. Access to your premises is 24/7 excluding certain holidays. There is a separate entry for all pickups and deliveries, which has its own elevator and security to better serve our tenants.
